In the DSi shop, you an get Flipnote Studio (free, but you need internet to get 2 shop). In flipnote studio, you make a series of drawings, and then animate them. You can save them onto an SD card as GIF files. You then take out the SD card, and then insert it into your computer. You put the file onto your computer, and the upload them with an image hosting site like ImageShack or Tinypic.
