Just'a wondering, when are the winners announced? Or are they announced once contest has ended?

Well, for contests I normally run a voting poll for a week or two. At the end of that the winner is announced. (Where as for the smaller challenges I choose a judge and it ends whenever I remember to do it, lol.)
