Castle Maker II (2d, but from 3/4 view, you could make simple maps with it too).

I would really love to make one, but since its  copyrighted characters/ creatures I really can't. The big companies seem to leave the little fan sites alone, but they could sue if they chose to

I could maybe do something like elfin/feline warriors... but thats about the best I could do
