Browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc...) save some information to make page loading faster. The trouble is, that the stored information can be out of date, or wrong. Sometimes clearing the cache can help with bugs like that. If you share your computer, it is best to ask a family member for help/permission ;)

To clear your cache in IE:
1. Open the "Tools" menu at the top of your browser
2. Select "Internet options"
3. The "General" Tab should be up by default
4. In the Section that says "Browsing History" Hit "Delete"
5. Select only the "Temporary Internet Files"
6. Hit "Delete"

To clear your cache in Firefox:
1. Select Tools from the menu in the top of your browser
2. Select "Clear Recent History"
3. Check the box next to "Cache" (don't select anything else)
4. Hit "Clear Now"
