Slow image approval & Replies

You may have noticed that I have been kinda slow to approve images and answer posts. That is because I just got a job (doing flash artwork). It will only last around 2 months, but I thought I would mention it so that no one gets too impatient

That's cool, i am glad that you wanted to tell us this anyway, and i hope you have fun with that job too.
And don't worry, i can understand that people got other things to do than to be on the net all the time, even admins have lives outside the net. (i have been an admin on some sites myself)

Its pretty fun so far, I always like to draw

Basically Boo and I are approving images a few at a time at lunch, in the morning, before bed, etc... but we haven't forgotten you guys. And as always we are enjoying your creations.

You can help us out though, if you see something in the forum that needs to be dealt with quickly (like a fight) please let us know so that we can get it cleaned up before it gets out of hand. In other words, Report stuff! People won't be auto banned and we won't say who reported the problem

...about reporting..... even if i did report sombody i'd be afraid one of you guys would ban them, insted of them saying sorry or somthing. so there for i always just explain what cant be said in jr, or GD.

brivio: We never just "ban" someone for no good reason. And even if you don't report a post, we will see it eventually. Reporting posts just helps us stop fights and remove inappropriate content faster

Dragonlord Daegen: I am having fun with it, thought it kinda sucks that I had to take my computer there. It means I can't really draw on site stuff much at all. My contract is only until around Christmas though, so it won't be for too long

loreinbook: good to see are still wandering by! I have had many jobs, but this is the first one where I have done artwork. I'm really enjoying it, though it makes me want to work on Emerald Activities and I can't do much for now

(I am drawing tropical plants and things at work, I will probably do a pack of them when I can. They are super fun to do!)

ya, I've always wondered why you have never been an art teacher...my mom was one, and I hope to be one too for a wile.

lol, well I actually taught kids ceramics and crafts a few times in my life. I found I didn't get to do much work of my own, but I liked doing it. I have never really wanted to go do the schooling to do teaching in schools though. I have already been through two college programs, I don't think I'm ready for another go at school in the near future. Plus I really love doing the flash and 3d art.

The great thing about this site is that I can still work with people and maybe teach them something once in a while, but only people who are actually interested come here

I think it must be very frustrating as a teacher to have students that don't really care. I think most students would be into stuff at the young ages... but the older they get, the more most people don't really seem to place much importance on art

On the other hand, it is super rewarding to teach someone a new skill or idea
