LOL, its already been answered... but yes whirled is free. There are things in the game that you need bars (or a large amount of coins) to purchase. Coins you get by playing games and such. Bars you either need to pay for, or you call sell things (priced in bars) and get bling which you can trade for bars too

Their money system is a little confusing at first, lol.
