Author Topic: no cookies?!  (Read 254 times)

Ok, I have three laptops that I use for your site....Mine, My Sister's and My Dad's. My laptop blocks out all images and my sister's isn't letting me log on because it says to check my cookie settings, but I haven't messed with the settings and it worked fine yesterday. It let me on fine on mine, but it's not the best quality.... would you know how to fix this cookie thing?

People have been having trouble with cookies on and off on our site, but the crazy thing is that we didn't do anything to cause it... we think it is changes being made to some of the major browsers. So, with that in mind try:

1. Delete your cookies and see if that fixes it.

2. Update to the newest version of your browser.

3. Try a different browser (they are all free, so going to a new one can sometimes help).

If you still need help after that, let us know. We were trying to solve the cookie problem, my machine was giving me that message and logging me out constantly... but then it just sorta stopped. (Possibly from me updating my browser.)

Did you get the post with Boo's feedback about the blocked images? He suggested checking if it was being blocked by a parental filter or something similar ;)

I have two computers I go on here on: This One (mine) and my Nanas. A long time ago when I was trying to log in, it said that. Anyways, how did you get on here then? :/

I deleted my cookies and then it worked for me, but some people had to use a different browser to get back on. I'm not sure what caused that... but it has gone away on its own for most people.
