Problems on my computer,or the site??

Hi Em.I was wondering something about the forums and makers.Is it my computer,or is it the site itself?

When I go to my gallery and click on an approved picture that has somebody saying something,it says this:
&39;.
I know it said &39 because I remember it.I THINK there's a ; after it.It confuses me because I can't use quotation marks without having &39;He will come back soon.&39;.It happens also when I have any other symbol like for <3 it showed up _3.

When I'm posting something in a topic,I scroll down and find something I want to quote.I click 'Insert Quote' and the thing clicks.I go back up to where I typed the stuff and there's no Quote!It's weird!

Can you please help at all?I'm really stuck and want to know what's wrong.

Sorry, I have been having trouble keeping caught up with stuff, I've just been really busy.

I have reported that bug to Boo, he thinks he might know what is causing it, and he will try to fix it as soon as he can

OK,Thanks Em!I figured out what to do for the number glitch...I go to my gallery,click on an image and edit it,delete the &39;,put an apostrophe,and it works!:D
