I: Hmm... I'd use the Greek word for flowers and add the suffix -phile to it, so it would literally mean flowerlover
II: Well, none. I am working on four now though: Levanda, Mariena, Nuïjah and a new one, of which I won't tell you anything.
III: That's a hard one... "The troubles of an average girl", perhaps. Or "What to do with lack of discipline". Or: "The girl who didn't know how to fall in love"

I: Goodness, that's a good question... I always think 'when', to be honest... I own you an answer to that!
II: Hard question... Since I made them, there is little use for me  to have them alive... No, I don't really care for them coming to live... But I would want to change places with Levanda, her troubles are not so bad and she's destined to marry her true love

II. D'ol... No, I don't. First I thought it could be french for oil, but now I realize that that is ofcoure de l'huile. So, no I don't know.

Maybe up, but never down:  something that goes up, like smoke or heath.
If not down then in between: Something that has to stay up.
But up is down and down is up: This reminds me of an hourglass.
And nothing's ever as it seems: Well, that's just with to many things the case, but it's probably with something that can be seen or thought.
If in between is no longer the middle: The inbetween is closer to the one end then the other

@Harrier: finally, I understand the comment about the raven and the writingdesk. I have to admit though that I had to look the context up. I knew it was from Alice In Wonderland because i had discussed it with a friend, but I have yet to read the book myself. The idea about the riddle 'why is a raven like a writingdesk' is that it has no answer, therefor the parallel to your own riddle. And I was thinking it was just randomness... Silly me.

@Chosen: to get back at your 'where': I would go the Lake District in Scotland (atleast I think it's in Scotland) or to Ireland. Or I would visit castles in England. Or I would go the Mainau, the Blumeninsel (flowerisland). Or I would go the the Greek islands and sail from island to island. In any case, I would stay around Europe. Australia, North or South America and Asia do not draw me as much as Europe.
