I couldn't sleep w\out telling you guys some more ideas
 1)how about leting us import backgrounds in to some of the magic makers
 2)how about backgrounds for the avatars
 3) how about a how 2 draw manual

Ideas are always welcome and appreciated...

There probably will be avatar backgrounds eventually, but we need to make custom images or do some fairly large code changes so it will likely be a while before it is implemented.

We are not planning on allowing custom background uploads, as moderating and copyright issues become difficult to deal with. We are however planning on building a background maker that will allow you to create custom backgrounds for use in all of the makers. Suggestions for what you would like to see in that would be wonderful.

I don't think I will make a how to draw manual though, I feel like people learn better through experimentation than through following step by step instructions. If you need help with the colouring book itself, there is a help page here.

If you are having trouble drawing a specific thing/creature or would like some advice, just post in the forum. Booradley and I would be more than happy to help, and I'm sure some of our other members would as well. Its also a really good idea to look at the images other people have created. For example, if they have a light effect that you like, try mimicking it in your next piece. Its one of the best ways to pick up new ideas and get inspired
