Not sure if this is in right place or not :P

Just a thought: Would it be safe for the option to edit ones creation? Say for example: I wanted to change something(Like color or background) in one of my pictures from Dragon Maker II i can just go to that picture in my gallery and click the edit button. Saving the edited creation wont overide the picture that was edited.

But then we have the trouble of someone stealing someone else' creation and walking around saying "I made this all by myself!"

Should anyone else edit someone else' picture, there will be something that says "Edited from so-and-so's picture" and the link goes to the gallery of whomever "So-and-so" is :P If that person is not a member it will say "Edited from -insert name here-'s picture"

There will be options for members on the forum. Options such as "Alow Picture to be edited by other users" or "Dont alow picture to be edited by other users" etc. Those who are not a member have the option to alow the image to be edited or not to be edited but they cannot go back and change the options. Those who are not a member cannot edit a members picture.

So what do you think? think it's a good idea? think it's a bad idea? Feel free to change different things if needed :)

I love the idea, it would be so nice to be able to go back and fix some of my older creations :P

However, it won't work with the way images are currently saved. When you hit the save button, everything is flattened into a single image. The pieces are no longer seperate things that can be changed. We just don't have a good way of saving things to be edited later (yet, lol). I will keep it in mind though, since we do have future projects where it might be posible.

I do rather like the idea of having something where a user can credit another user with an idea. An "inspired by" area or something like that might be nice.

On a related note, in the new makers we are doing, there is an "asset" mode. You can basically build a thing in one maker, and then open that thing in another maker. You won't be able to recolour your asset, but you could use it to do something like put the same dragon in several different scenes or something like that. ;)
